Daniel serves as President of Tower Property Group, a real estate services firm he founded in 2016 in Charlotte, NC. He brings over 19 years of real estate experience to his team with a focus on investment transactions and all types of brokerage including office, industrial, retail, land, lots and residential.
Daniel began his career in 1999 at a Charlotte based real estate investment firm with a $500 million portfolio of assets. Throughout the next 16 years, he served in various positions including Land Acquisitions Manager, Vice President, and Managing Director. During his tenure, he sourced over 12,000 acres of residential development property representing $160 million in acquisitions.
Daniel is a member of the Charlotte Regional Commercial Board of Realtors, a member of the South Carolina Realtors, a member of the National Association of Realtors, a graduate of the Charlotte Leadership Forum, a licensed real estate broker in NC and SC, and Broker in Charge at Tower Capital, Inc. He is an elder at his local church and serves on the Board of Directors for the Youth Commission International.
Daniel enjoys spending time with his wife and coaching his three children in soccer. Daniel received his B.A. in Business Administration from King University in Bristol, TN.

Matthew is a native to Charlotte, growing up in Matthews. He enjoys working as a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Tennessee specializing in industrial commercial properties. Matthew is proud to work with local and international groups of all sizes. Typical operations include manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, transportation, and commercial services provider.
Matthew’s extensive industrial knowledge has been developed over the last 14 years where he served in many roles from forklift operator to warehouse manager to Vice President. As such, he speaks the industrial language and provides local and international insight to your property.
As a licensed broker Matthew has helped his clients sell over $30 million of industrial real estate as well as provide buyer/tenant representation, landlord representation, land development, and investment services.
A graduate of Wofford College, Matthew competed on the varsity Men’s golf team and now enjoys getting out to play as much as he can.
Fun fact, Matthew also holds his commercial driver’s licenses (Class A) and continues to keep it active.
